4. Intellectual Property All code, tools, features, and content within onWork.ai are the intellectual property of MANTIN ONWORKAI TECHNOLOGIES LLP. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for platform use Reproduction, reverse-engineering, or redistribution is prohibited without written consent User-generated session data belongs to the user and can be deleted upon request

Payment and Subscription onWork.ai provides services through free and paid subscription plans: Payments are handled by MANTIN ONWORKAI TECHNOLOGIES LLP Accepted methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets Invoices are GST-compliant, issued under our legal entity Plan details and taxes are available at checkout
6. Termination of Service We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if: You fail to make payment You misuse the platform or breach our terms Legal obligations require us to do so You may terminate your account via dashboard or by contacting contact@onwork.ai. Data will be deleted per our retention policy.
